Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and other supplied items.

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, may be required.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their vehicle model, variant, and year.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact Mods Lab before placing the order.

Where incorrect compatibility information has been provided by Mods Lab, please contact us so we can assist with a suitable resolution.

Installed or Fitted Products

Products that have already been installed, fitted, modified, drilled, cut, painted, wired, or otherwise altered generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective or Mods Lab supplied an incorrect item.

Customers are therefore encouraged to inspect all products before installation.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Mods Lab.

Refunds will normally be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another model, colour, design, or compatible product, please contact Mods Lab before returning the item.

Any price difference between the original and replacement products may need to be settled before the exchange is completed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Mods Lab may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

Custom-made or specially ordered products; products that have been installed, fitted, modified, drilled, cut, painted, wired, or damaged after delivery; products showing signs of use; electrical or electronic products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse; and products sold as clearance or final-sale items where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return transportation or courier costs where the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or another reason not caused by Mods Lab.

Where Mods Lab has supplied an incorrect or defective product, reasonable return arrangements will be discussed with the customer.
