Delivery periods may vary because of destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information, availability of products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Additional delivery charges may apply where an order must be resent because incorrect delivery information was supplied or delivery could not be completed for reasons outside Mods Lab's control.

Installation

Some automotive accessories require professional installation.

Where a product is installed by a person or workshop not associated with Mods Lab, Mods Lab is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, wiring, fitting, misuse, or failure to follow appropriate installation procedures.

Installation services provided directly by Mods Lab may be subject to separate conditions depending on the product and work involved.
